E Commerce Supervisor

Job Responsibities:

• Social Media Management
• Dealing with customers for inquires, orders, requests , complains, refund, and delivery.
• Ensuring the complete transaction for each order from inquiry until item is delivered.
• Coordination and communication with Logistics Partners.
• Incharge for daily inventory.
• Prepare product for shipping (Barcoding, Item Inventory counts , Pre-order form and Pick up request)
• Document financial information
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting sheet
• Dealing with Influencers and Models for Marketing.
• Maintain office equipment.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standard.
• Other tasks will be assigned based on business requirement

Benefits: Salary: AED 3000-3500
