INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Position: E-commerce Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to drive online sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Optimize website performance to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall sales.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, Amazon, other online retailers).
  • Conduct product reviews and manage product differentiation strategies to ensure competitiveness and relevance in the market.
  • Develop and refine the process for managing and improving e-commerce workflows, ensuring seamless operations from product listing to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely product launches.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Manage and monitor e-commerce budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and return on investment (ROI).
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to expand the e-commerce reach.
  • Track and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.
  • Significant experience in product reviews, product differentiation, and process optimization within e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
  • Experience with international e-commerce platforms and cross-border sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and automation systems.
  • Certification in digital marketing or relevant fields.
