Job Purpose


Responsible for driving online sales growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across digital platforms. This role aims to enhance the overall customer experience, improve brand visibility, and optimize the performance of e-commerce channels through data-driven campaigns and promotions. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand presence and to meet the company’s revenue goals.


Principal Accountabilities


  1. Sales & Revenue Growth:


    • Drive online sales growth by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that contribute to achieving revenue targets.


  2. Campaign Management:


    • Design, implement, and manage PPC, social media, SEO, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.


  3. Product Listings & Optimization:


    • Ensure that product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, optimized for search engines, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.


  4. Brand Visibility & Awareness:


    • Increase brand visibility by managing social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and other digital marketing efforts.


  5. Customer Journey Enhancement:


    • Improve customer journey on e-commerce platforms to drive better conversion rates and ensure a seamless shopping experience.


  6. Data Analysis & Reporting:


    • Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics to drive data-backed decision-making.


  7. Promotions & Product Launches:


    • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounts, and new product launches, while ensuring consistency across all platforms.


  8. Collaboration:


    • Work closely with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.


  9. Customer Engagement:


    • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction by understanding customer insights and market trends.


  10. Compliance & Best Practices:


    • Ensure that all marketing campaigns and practices comply with industry standards, platform guidelines, and best practices to maintain the brand’s integrity.


  11. Community Management:


    • Manage online communities by engaging with audiences, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive brand image.


  12. Customer Queries & Phone Calls:


    • Handle customer queries across digital platforms and respond to phone calls promptly and professionally to ensure timely and satisfactory responses, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.



Requirements

Education/Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, or a related field.


  • Certification in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related qualifications (preferred).


Work Experience:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing, preferably with consumer goods or retail brands.


  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, email, and social media.


  • Experience working with e-commerce and managing online sales campaigns.


  • Strong experience with content management and improving user experience in e-commerce environments.


Skills:


  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.


  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.


  • Experience in a retail or consumer goods environment is a plus.


  • Accuracy in managing product listings, pricing, inventory, and content to ensure an optimal customer experience.


  • Ability to understand customer needs and preferences to drive engagement and enhance the shopping experience.
