About the job E-commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and growth targets.Manage the companys online store, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and product presentation.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal offers and new product launches.Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.Oversee the product catalog, including pricing, inventory updates, and ensuring accurate descriptions and images.Manage relationships with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon) to maximize brand visibility and sales.Implement SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.Ensure seamless order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery and excellent customer service.Track and report on KPIs, including revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry.Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing high-traffic e-commerce websites.Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and other performance marketing strategies.Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.Creative mindset with a customer-focused approach to e-commerce strategies.
