Your Tasks:
Execute the implementation of the sales strategy, helping to meet the budget and thus ensure the achievement of the targeted revenue for the assigned hotels.
Follow up on action plans for Direct Customer and OTAs.
Supporting the review of campaign uploads as well as campaign tracking.
Ensure the implementation of the MHI pricing model in the E-Commerce segment in the hotel by following up on the various audits.
Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department.
Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Deal with customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the person in charge. Escalate the incident to the person in charge if a solution cannot be found.
Be knowledgeable of the Voice of the Customer goals and to execute the necessary actions to achieve them.
Support their manager with the Sensory Architecture established for their areas.
Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment programme, experiences and events.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in e-commerce management or online retail.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
