Job Description:
As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. You will work closely with our marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize listings on Amazon FBA, Noon FBN, and other vendor portals.
- Oversee and enhance the operations of product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon and other relevant online platforms.
- Handle end-to-end order processing: from receiving the order to ensuring timely delivery of the product, including coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and tracking shipments.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon to increase traffic, conversions, and achieve targeted ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitive analysis to improve product rankings on Amazon and other platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central platform operations, including inventory management, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecast channel reports by collecting, summarizing and interpreting data.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Assist in return processing and ensure timely resolution of product returns.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
Skills:
· Vendor or Seller Management: Expertise in building and managing relationships with vendors, including effective negotiation and collaboration.
· Pricing Strategy: Skilled in crafting and executing pricing strategies for both 1P and 3P products, accounting for market dynamics and profitability.
· Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
· Data Analysis and Metrics: Ability to analyze sales data, metrics and performance indicators, extracting insights to inform strategies and drive outcomes.
· Communication and Negotiation: Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
Requirements:
-2 years’ experience in handling Noon or Amazon platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon FBA and Noon FBN.
- Strong understanding of vendor portals and e-commerce operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Vlook up, pivot tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the electronics accessories industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
