Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines and other related equipment.
Treat stains and spots using appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
Press and finish garments to guests’ specifications.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Ensure the dry-cleaning area is clean and organized.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
Follow all safety and health regulations.
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as folding laundry or handling alterations.
