About the location:
What you will do:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Ensure efficient management of guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with valet parking, bell staff, and front desk agents.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events, elevating guest experience.
Maintain safety and security protocols by monitoring access to hotel entrances and keeping vigilant of surroundings.
Assist guests with luggage, transport, and other requests, anticipating needs and providing personalized service.
What you bring:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive interactions and resolve guest inquiries.
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the hotel's commitment to high standards and quality service.
Experience in luxury hospitality or customer service, demonstrating understanding of guest expectations and industry best practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties such as lifting luggage and standing for extended periods, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
In a luxury hotel setting, the visual impact of a well-groomed and stylishly attired door attendant contributes to the overall atmosphere and guest experience.
