Responsibleforadaily documentsmanagementworkload.SupportTechnicalProjectTeamandotherDepartments.Perform document control duties, which include: registeringall the incoming and outgoing correspondences, transmittalsof drawings and technical documents and other related filesforall on-hand Projects.LoggingandreleasingnewandrevisedWorkOrdertoProcurementandFabricationDepartment.Responsibleformanagingemails,inquiriesanddistributingtotheconcern personnel/departmentsfor theirinformation.DailyupdatesofWorkOrderLogSheetforeasymonitoringoforders.CoordinateswiththeProjectTeamforthestatusofthelatestsubmitted documents and to distribute copy to all personnel relatedforeachproject.Maintain the Project Master Register for the tracking of all technicalandnon-technicaldocuments.Distribute all received documents from the Contractor to all relatedindividualsaswelltheDepartmentHeads.Arrangingandpreparingmaterialsthatarerequiredfornewsubmission
