Job Description:
· Familiar with Engineering/Construction workflow.
· Able to maintain a proper LOG in excel sheet including hyperlinks, etc…
· Organize and archive documents, fulfil document retrieval request and Ensure that all format/templates used in the project are in conformance with the company standard and Assist the project team as the need arises.
· Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System.
· Able to control the document numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
· Work in strict co-operation with the Project team / group to ensure project progress integration.
· Ensure all templates created by the department are used within the department & with other companies working in the projects.
Qualification:
· Preferably, can join immediately.
· Document Management and Documentation skills
· Having a good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) knowledge is a must.
· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
· At least 2 years of similar work experience.
