Day to Day Operations
- Diving operations in the docks to a depth of 12-15 meters
- Work with Docks and Marine department to place and remove rubbers on dock blocks during docking / undocking periods.
- Assist maintenance department in maintenance of dock gates as required.
- Assist dock block setters in arranging berth arrangements in the docks.
- Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
- Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
- Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
- Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets.
- Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Qualifications/Experiences & Skills
- Secondary school
- Commercial diving qualifications from a reputed & recognized from diving institute equivalent(at least IMCA class 03 or 02)
- PADI or BSAC certificate with at least 75 dives
