Director-Technical

Responsibilities: 

• Direct all technical procedures such as design, estimation and materials
• Analyses the technical specifications, contract and project scope of work
• Ability to provide design and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and execution techniques
• Plan and monitor the drawing submission schedule in cooperation with the client according to the contract and site requirements
• Develop with the design team the concept drawings, shop drawings and fabrication drawings to meet the project requirement/specification
• Provide technical advice and assessment on all kind of material components related to the company's project works to ensure compliance with the project specification
• Review all drawing submissions prior to approval
• Ensure the drawings; calculations and engineering submissions gain organization approval prior to production Submission and site installation and final submission with as-built condition as per contract programmed
• Coordinate, describe and arrange mock-ups / performance testing to meet the organization requirement
• Ensure that all technical information and drawings for the project are issued on time for both production and installation
• Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action for the non-conformance in design.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, including at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role
