Control and deliver the Order Book of the channels on a seasonal level where customer expectations are met on time and in full with the right product availability is achieved for
Successfully activate all Brand related moments covering all relevant Campaigns within the region and coordinate all the necessary operations around these campaigns with the relevant stakeholders (within SCM and within adidas EMC)
Ensure that the order book of EMC is delivered in line with the Service Level agreements in place to relevant channels,
Provide Order Fulfillment analysis and support for the organization, be accountable for continuous process improvements for Order Fulfillment topics of delivering on time, availability, correct allocation and OTIF.
Responsible for creating on time availability for our customers by coordinating / matching supply & demand within SCM; and ensuring that stock levels across EMC are in line with the demand
Enable EMC in meeting their financial and operational objectives while supporting the market’s commercial strategies, optimizing demand and supply for all channels and continuously improving operational performance through driving end-to-end supply chain integration with all areas of the business.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the Order Book in line with the OTA¸COTA, OTIF, COTIF and all relevant rules
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for availability and fulfillment to all adidas customers covering eCOM, Retail, Franchise, Promo and Wholesale channels.
Ensuring all channels have the necessary products on time and in full for key launches and activations.
Responsible for the correct building and maintenance of the EMC order book
Achieving required On Time in Full (OTA) to customer Requested Delivery Date (RDD)
Matching as well as ensuring of OTIF execution of customer deliveries against commercial requirements and commercial prioritization for deliveries
Managing and limiting the blocked orders % to the total orders at expected levels for a particular month.
Ensuring 100% OTA for all campaigns specific to the EMC markets (Middle East, North Africa, former CIS countries)
Delivering 100% OTIF to all Hard Launch dates
Leading of S&OP meetings to identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome problems with respect to supply of critical products (products with confirmed customer date, strategic products, products for Marketing campaigns / launches)
Ensure the financial target for channels are met by ensuring availability and delivery performance targets are met
Responsibility of identifying alternative supply routes (i.e., airfreight)
Review and control the allocation strategy on the available articles in the system (SAP) and take the necessary actions if there’s a problem to be solved.
Align with DC Ops team to make sure all capacity requirements are forecasted to support OTA targets for stock availability (inbound and outbound) and 100% OTIF for Campaigns
Drive and lead all Campaign Order Book requirements to meet the hard launch dates
Design, structure and implement tactical solution of the Market business model to enable enhanced availability by reducing delays, managing inventory and channels inline with budget and OOH costs
Prepare and conduct presentations for and to management team
Drive proactive reporting in the SCM area to support focused approach on targeted outcomes
Upon request participation in area or Market projects with the goal to represent the order fulfillment management requirements and leading projects to increase OTIF and inventory efficiency across adidas Group.
Set people development plans with direct reports/critical talents; track, review and provide developing opportunities targeting to individual needs
Establish backups for critical positions and succession plan.
A relevant degree from an accredited college or university degree with emphasis on the area of finance, business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations
7-8 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
Management experience for at least 4 years
Deep understanding and management experience in operational supply chain process environment, understanding business requirements and capabilities needed

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university degree with emphasis on the area of finance, business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations
7-8 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
