Take over a key role as a Director of Operations and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 

As the Director of Operations, you will directly report to our co-founder and play a critical role in overseeing our supply chain and service request fulfillment processes in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our services, driving accountability and ownership across our teams. This is a new position created to meet the growing needs of our company, providing you with the unique opportunity to shape and define the role.

What we expect from you:

• Own and optimize the entire supply chain process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Oversee the fulfillment of service requests, ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve the bottom-line financial performance of the company through effective cost-optimization initiatives
• Oversee the product technology adaption, and become the business sponsor of projects that touch quality, fulfillment, utilization, and supply assignment
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of operations, quality and promises met

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 8+ years in operational roles within a high-growth tech environment preferably in the home services, logistics, or a similar industry
• Excel in strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and delivering results
• Excellent at solving complex problems, proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges 
• Use data to inform your decisions and enjoy building and optimizing clear, simple processes
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, always ready to pivot strategies as market and company needs evolve
• Impeccable communication skills to bridge gaps between teams, align efforts and inspire action at all levels
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders with evidence, commitment, and expertise
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Financial acumen, understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
