Job Role: Client Relationship Manager
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are a professional who provides the single point of contact between the various departments within GovData.
It is your role to coordinate the services delivered to your clients, with sole responsibility for the success that clients achieve through your use of these internal resources to support the client to win contracts across the public sector.
You will facilitate expert advice and guidance to companies seeking to expand their business, co-ordinate our support agreement with them, ensure our SLA and KPI is met for each client and provide them and your own internal managers with a monthly report to evidence the same and discuss any emerging needs or opportunities to better support the client.
Your aim is to improve their market position, to explore new opportunities within the public sector and beat their competitors. You will provide desk-based support to clients whom GovData have successfully awarded onto a framework. Monthly reports are created and presented to the client with new opportunities for them to grow their business.
A range of additional consulting services are commoditised and packaged to support those goals. You will identify when it is appropriate and needed for the client to access those extra skills and knowledge.
You will also write GO/NO GO bid decisions on whether to support the client to pursue an opportunity through to a win, with GovData receiving win fees for the contracts the client succeeds.
