The Director of Implementation is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Webb Fontaine’s projects, ensuring the prioritisation of tasks and the timely delivery of contractual obligations. The director will liaise with the C-Suite Executives and Country Implementation Managers to guarantee the successful execution of projects. Oversee Managers: Oversees the coordination and direction of implementation managers across all company projects.
Maintain Country Project Plans: Develop and maintain project plans for each country, ensuring adherence to established timeframes.
Ensure Timely Delivery of Contractual Obligations: Guarantee that all contractual deliverables are met on time and in accordance with predefined quality standards.
Risk and Opportunity Identification: Identify risks and opportunities arising from project implementation and provide recommendations to senior management for mitigation and exploitation.
Elaborate Corrective Plans: Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D) centres to elaborate on corrective plans, following guidelines from CEO.
Reduce implementation costs: Collaborate with Corporate Finance to reduce implementation costs.
Manage Priority Conflicts: Resolve conflicts in project priorities and define the sequencing of tasks to optimise project outcomes.
Propose Project Management Tools: Evaluate and propose project management tools to be used across the company to streamline project planning and execution processes.
Coordinate with CTO: Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to ensure alignment and meet project milestones.
Produce Reports: Generate reports and data for management, documenting project plan changes, risks, and opportunities
Requirements Project Management Experience: Proven track record in implementing complex IT projects in a multicultural environment, demonstrating proficiency in setting and meeting deadlines and goals.
Team Management: Experience in managing multiple teams concurrently and reporting to senior management.
Conflict Management: Ability to manage conflicts and prioritise tasks in line with Senior Management recommendations.
Time Management: Skilful in delivering services within stipulated timelines.
Budget Management: Expertise in developing, allocating, and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Skilled in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or timelines.
Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating with diverse audiences to gather needs and manage expectations.
French and English - Proficient in spoken and written French and English
Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Director or relevant role. At least 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis. Demonstrated experience in implementing complex IT projects in a multicultural environment. Solid technical background, with hands-on experience using common project management IT tools. Ability to manage conflicts, prioritize projects, and work with multiple teams. Competency in strategic planning, leadership skills, and managing large projects. 5. Additional interviews
Depending on the role, you may be required to meet several people across the course of multiple interviews but we will make you aware of this at the outset
6. Decision stage
Hopefully, after the hiring team debriefs, you will receive an offer. If not, we can provide you with feedback as to why you were not successful
7. Onboarding
Once you’ve accepted your offer we will give you all the information you need to know about the new hire onboarding process

You will get an email to confirm we’ve received your application. If you don’t hear from us again within 10 working days, you haven’t been shortlisted for interview.
2. Initial interview
If we want to move forward with your application we will invite you for a screening interview, usually with someone from our talent acquisition team.
3. Technical assessment
Many, but not all, roles have an assessment to gauge your technical abilities, see how you approach a task and give you a better idea of what the job is like.
4. Second interview

This can differ from position to position, but generally the whole process should take a maximum of 6 weeks and a minimum 2 weeks.
Our roles are based all over the world – in any country where we have projects or R&D centre. The job scope permitting, we also have a number of remote employees who work with us as consultants – they could be based anywhere in the world.
