About the Role:
The role involves leading the Director in all organizational matters while ensuring that the quality and standards of One&Only are consistently upheld. The handbook outlining rules and responsibilities must be followed strictly, with clear communication of important information to the direct report line. Adherence to HACCP standards is mandatory, and efforts should be made to consistently improve them. All guest requests should be handled with care and accommodated whenever possible. Maintaining the highest levels of personal hygiene and grooming, as per brand standards, is essential at all times. Subordinates should be consistently trained to maintain the required standards, and the operating equipment, along with inventory levels, must be properly maintained. Additionally, daily and weekly ordering of products must align with the resort's occupancy levels.
About You:
The candidate holds a Culinary Diploma and has 15 years of work experience across various types of cuisine and kitchen setups, including banquet, main kitchen, and outlet kitchen. They are fluent in English and have experience working in 5-star hotels. Additionally, the candidate is certified in Intermediate HACCP, possesses intermediate computer skills, and has completed a leadership program certification.
