You will work from our Dubai office. However, we support flexible working arrangements and are interested to discuss how we can accommodate individual requirements.
Our quantum experts are primarily involved in dispute resolution, litigation support and expert witness testimony, cost and damages analysis, claims assessment, schedule analysis, technical issue analysis and account evaluation services. You will be required to perform advanced data research, management and analysis. This role will involve frequent client interaction, including preparing and presenting results.
The international nature of our work means that successful candidates should be prepared to travel globally, sometimes at short notice. You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience by working on complex and landmark projects in the construction and engineering sector all over the globe including the Middle East.

A Director will primarily be involved in dispute resolution, litigation support and expert witness testimony, cost and damages analysis, claims assessment, schedule analysis, technical issue analysis and account evaluation services.
An individual is required who can perform advanced data research, management and analysis. This role will involve frequent client interaction and may require the successful candidate to prepare and makes presentations to communicate results. The International nature of our work means that successful candidates should be prepared to travel globally, sometimes at short notice
We anticipate that the successful candidate will have a good academic record and be able to demonstrate how they have distinguished themselves within their chosen field. We require an individual with significant quantity surveying experience and ideally the successful candidate will be MRICS or equivalent. A post-graduate degree would be considered an advantage.
Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying from a leading university (or equivalent undergraduate degree).
A Post Graduate Qualification in Construction Law (or similar) is essential.
Experience of working in the UAE and ideally Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrable experience of managing Arbitration cases and assisted expert witnesses.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Professionalism and client facing ability.
A strong technical underpinning in Quantity Surveying.
Excellent oral and verbal communications skills.
Relationship building skills.
Very strong IT skills (particularly in MS Excel and Word Advanced)
A Flexible approach to their work.
An understanding of demands of project-based work.
A sense of personal responsibility for the quality of your work.
Fluent in English and Arabic is essential.
