OVERVIEW
Mastercard’s services marketing team is seeking an experienced Director, Commercialization and B2B Field Marketing for the Middle East and Africa regions. This role is responsible for aligning field marketing strategy with the regional product growth strategy to drive revenue generation and market development. This role will also represent all Middle East and Africa services marketing initiatives to the Mastercard services regional business lead (SBL), and acts as the point of contact for services marketing support in region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Middle East and/or Africa markets, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies within a metrics organization.

Role:
• Be point of contact for the regional services business lead of the Middle East and Africa for the services marketing team. Provide strategic advice, planning, forecasting, and coordination.
• Ensure that Mastercard services marketing execution aligns with both Middle East and Africa regional and Mastercard global marketing teams strategy and facilitate coordinated execution of marketing strategies. Foster a collaborative working relationship with all teams in region.
• Develop and implement field marketing strategies that align with the regional go-to-market strategy and solutions mixes to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the Middle East and Africa field marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate across all regional and country sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics and support regional planning.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and corporate marketing teams.
All About You
• 7+ years of experience in industries outside of Fin Serv on global technology companies within a matrix marketing organization.
• 10+ years of experience in field marketing, or related marketing discipline, with proven record leading teams and managing at department level.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to communicate with senior executives, develop optimal plans, and report results through monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends and pivot strategic decisions based on outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
