The Digital Product Owner will develop, manage and implement digital capabilities that are based on and support the key strategic drivers for the businesses in the assigned product portfolio. Putting the customer first and using qualitative and quantitative data to clearly understand expectations, behaviour and trends ensure the delivery of best in class digital experiences for our customers. Collaborate with other teams in the department and business stakeholders to understand, evolve and incorporate our first party data models and offer catalogues to create a fully omni channel and personalised experience which supports each brand and maximises revenue, whilst minimising costs. In collaboration with the Digtal Portfolio Owner maintain a roadmap to deliver capabilities that can be utilised by all lines of business across web, mobile and app properties. Manage the backlog of features to support and deliver against this roadmap including the prioritisation and delivery of work across internal and external development teams.
