Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. This role will be essential in creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer acquisition. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools and be capable of leading integrated campaigns from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and refine digital marketing strategies to support brand and business growth.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Build brand awareness and customer engagement through creative, data-driven online campaigns.
- Manage social media channels, optimizing content for engagement and reach.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and improve strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven UAE experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Analytical mindset with creativity in problem-solving and campaign development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
