About the location:
What you will do:
Oversee the Hotel/Resort’s digital strategy across all electronic and digital platforms, implementing innovative campaigns that increase brand awareness and support commercial goals.
Ensure consistent and optimized online presence, managing content across Four Seasons–owned channels and key partner websites in line with business objectives.
Manage and monitor online reputation; engage with the community and report sentiment to internal stakeholders.
Support SEO, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment between messaging and creative across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with operations teams to drive guest data capture, increase Four Seasons App usage, and encourage online guest reviews.
Develop the Hotel/Resort’s social media channels, curating engaging content, managing influencer partnerships, and measuring performance through data-driven analytics.
Coordinate content creation and collateral development, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and the Hotel/Resort’s positioning.
Partner with the Director of Revenue Management to leverage geo-targeting, channel performance, and guest insights for strategic opportunities.
Utilize analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Travel Insights, etc.) to track KPIs, generate monthly reports, and optimize digital strategies and campaigns.
Assist with public relations activities, including content support, image library management, and coordination of photo and video shoots.
What you will bring:
Four to six years of digital marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Proven proficiency in digital analytics, SEO, social media platforms, and ad management across multiple channels.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to conceptualize, produce, and manage content tailored for both advertising and social media.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
Experience managing influencer relationships and agency partnerships.
Track record of leveraging analytics to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
College education required.
