About the job Digital Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a leading organization specializing in innovative applications and gaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C marketing, with significant experience in gaming applications or related industries. This role demands a dynamic individual capable of driving growth through creative strategies, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in the digital marketing landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies for gaming or application-based products to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and others.
  • Manage performance marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns for ROI, CPA, and user retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with the product and creative teams to produce engaging and high-performing content for digital campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies to enhance app visibility and downloads.
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Build and maintain a robust marketing calendar aligned with business goals and product launches.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and spending to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Requirements:


  • Total of 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in B2C marketing for gaming applications or similar industries (applications preferred).
  • Expertise in performance marketing, social media advertising, and digital campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, ASO, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and user retention through innovative campaigns.
  • Familiarity with gaming trends, platforms, and audience behavior.
  • Experience in leveraging data and insights to shape marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of gaming industry metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience working with app-based products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
