Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email campaigns.
  2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.
  3. Create and design engaging content, including images, videos, and infographics, using graphic design software to support marketing campaigns.
  4. Monitor website analytics, traffic, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to improve SEO and website performance.
  5. Collaborate with the content and design teams to enhance online user experience and brand presence.
  6. Track and report campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to implement best practices.
  8. Manage company websites, ensuring regular updates and SEO optimization.
  9. Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
  10. Maintain strong communication with the marketing team to ensure seamless coordination of all marketing efforts.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Advertising is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, WordPress CMS, and website management.
  • Proven experience with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for ads and campaigns.
  • Ability to create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across different platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns as needed.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
