To support the digital marketing team to create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
To update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
Managing online listings and respond guests’ online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
Working closely with internal team and external partners to ensure campaign’s KPIs are achieved across all channels.
Staying updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
