Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Operations Specialist to join our dynamic technical team. This role focuses on efficiently resolving technical tickets and supporting internal stakeholders in optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in ecommerce operations and fulfillment systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to ecommerce operations and fulfillment systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical tickets escalated from various departments, maintaining detailed records of actions taken and solutions provided.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance system performance.
Writing technical reports summarizing technical issues and resolutions
Triaging and escalating software bugs to the relevant teams
Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems, features, and integrations related to ecommerce fulfillment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in technical support roles within a retail or ecommerce environment.
Basic knowledge of systems, APIs, and integrations, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
