Reporting to the Digital Account Manager, as a Junior Account Executive, will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, developing strategic plans, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive outstanding results and foster long-term partnerships.
What you will do
Planning & Execution
- Social Media Calendar Development: Craft comprehensive social media content plans aligned with client objectives.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with the creative team to ensure visual content aligns with branding and messaging.
- Shoot Planning: Develop and manage shoot plans, providing detailed content references for execution.
Creative Collaboration & Communication
- Creative Briefing: Provide clear and concise creative briefs to design and content teams for optimal output.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist internal teams with digital tasks as required.
- Client Communication: Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing updates, and managing feedback efficiently.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the performance team to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. Prepare detailed reports highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Tools & Technology
- Social Media Management: Utilize tools like Sprout Social to monitor and enhance client performance.
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain tool and storage hygiene across platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive.
- Data & Reporting: Support the preparation and presentation of detailed reports on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
Continuous Learning & Upskilling
- Industry Growth & KPIs: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices. Engage in Qcademy and other professional development initiatives.
Market & Industry Knowledge
- Trend Analysis: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. We’re looking for a meme and GIF expert!

Who you are
- A degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- An internship or 1 year of agency experience in the local market (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in managing various social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for candidates fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging digital content.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and professionalism, including punctuality, reliability, and responsiveness.
- A desire for continuous learning and professional growth, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
