Job Description

Our Middle East marketing and communications team is responsible for positioning the Roland Berger brand across the Middle East, promoting our services and expertise to the media, potential clients, and other stakeholders, plan campaigns, organize events, and develop creative communication concepts. In the design team, we further develop and refine our brand, implement comprehensive corporate design concepts, and execute communication measures for print and digital media.


Join our design team from January 2024 as a Digital Designer. Independently and in a team, you will develop innovative and functional communication and navigation concepts and visualizations. You think conceptually and have a strong sense of visual, dramaturgical design and digital branding.


You create visual worlds for our website, social media channels, videos, and mobile, interactive touchpoints. You think multimedia and create, among other things, wireframes and screen designs – taking into account usability, UI, and SEO.


Position Description


Creation, development, and implementation of projects in analog, digital, and video formats.


Responsibility for design quality from draft to final artwork.


Development of innovative design and communication concepts for exciting, global future topics.


A strong portfolio including editorial design, showcasing experience in visualizing strategic concept/information in video


Close creative collaboration with the Branding and Design Team at our headquarters in Munich.



Qualifications

A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer.


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express) and other design tools.


Profound knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.


You have strong knowledge of current social media trends, formats and algorithms


Fluent in English and Arabic
