Digital and eCommerce Specialist

As a Digital & eCommerce Specialist, you will use digital data to drive insights and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze digital trends and internal data to assess the impact of new projects and provide recommendations to boost conversion rates and direct sales.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to report business metrics to leadership.
• Develop custom solutions and dashboards for exploratory analysis in Digital & eCommerce.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimizations, and recommend priorities for development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital product positioning and personalization.
• Monitor product performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in an analytical or optimization role in Digital & eCommerce.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Analytics, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of usability, customer experience, and Design Thinking is preferred.
• Experience in the airline industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistical modeling, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong technical and business acumen with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
