As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and client relationship building.


Who you are


  • Qualifications – Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience. Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
  • Social Media Expertise – Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance marketing strategies. 
  • Communication & Leadership – Excellent client-facing skills and team leadership abilities.
  • Project Management – Experience handling multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Creativity & Innovation – Ability to create engaging, high-impact digital content.
  • Client Service Excellence – Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities:


- Strategic Planning & Execution


  • Develop client calendars and align content with branding.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign development.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to drive innovative strategies.

- Client Relationship Management


  • Act as the main client liaison, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Understand client goals and proactively address challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Upsell services and work on growing new business with new client leads.

- Creative & Team Collaboration


  • Work closely with creative and performance teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to digital strategies.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for the team.
  • Oversee task management using ClickUp and BambooHR.

- Tools & Technology


  • Utilise tools like Sprout Social for monitoring and analytics.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure data hygiene.

- Team Management & Development


  • Monitor team performance using Click Up and BambooHR.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities for team growth.

- Market Knowledge & Upskilling


  • Stay ahead of digital trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Participate in learning programs like Qcademy for ongoing professional development.
