• Assist Registered Nurses in providing patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and medication reminders
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Help patients with daily living activities and ensure their safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and health practices
