The Role:We’re seeking a talented Designer with 3-5 years of experience who’s excited to bring their creative expertise to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to craft impactful designs that showcase the Washmen brand and connect with our diverse audience.
What You’ll Do:
Packaging Design: Develop innovative and on-brand packaging designs that elevate our customer experience.
Social Media Ads: Create compelling ad designs that stand out across platforms like META, TikTok, and Snapchat.
CRM Messaging: Design engaging visuals for email, push notifications, and in-app messages that captivate our audience.
Partner Marketing Assets: Collaborate with our partners to create co-branded marketing materials, ensuring alignment with both brands’ guidelines and objectives.
Creative Sprints: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams during ideation sessions, contributing fresh concepts and innovative ideas.
What You’ll Bring:
3-5 years of design experience in a professional setting, with a focus on branding, digital advertising, and packaging design.
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of packaging, digital advertising, and creative ideation.
A knack for storytelling through design, with attention to detail and a passion for elevating brand aesthetics.The ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently and driving projects forward proactively. Previous advertising agency experience is a plus
