The Design Engineer specializing in Geotechnical and Coastal Engineering plays an important role in the development and execution of infrastructure projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and engineering skills to address new challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing geotechnical and coastal structures with the use of modern technology and materials, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while optimizing project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1- Understand the Company business plan and philosophy.
2- To develop and enhance technical capabilities of the company.
3- Development of Geo-synthetic Composite Systems by discovering
and establishing new specifications and identifying potential applications/projects.
4- To execute relevant engineering calculations for the use of geosynthetic composite materials and specific project requirements.
5- Investigate subsurface conditions and materials, stability of natural slopes and man-made soil deposits; assess risks posed by
site conditions; design earthworks and coastal works; and monitor site conditions.
6- Determines and designs the type of foundations, embankments, revetments and other earthworks required for the intended man-made structures to be built.
7- Provide Engineering drawings/illustrations and other technical papers for the required project submittals.
