As a Deployment Intern at Zomato, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding and operation of our partner restaurants. Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate product training sessions for newly onboarded F&B outlets, ensuring that staff are fully equipped to use the Zomato platform
BTL Deployment and Drop-off
Conduct research on competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Conduct mystery calls to newly live outlets to assess customer experience and identify areas for improvement

Keen interest in the F&B industry and possess a solution first approach in everyday interactions with restaurant partners
Proactively identify partner concerns and get them resolved real-time
Be prepared to be ‘switched on’ since restaurants operate year-round, and are the busiest during public holidays and festive season
Ability to read data well and draw inferences correlating to business
