Position Overview:
GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to transport nurses to patients' homes in Abu Dhabi and within Dubai for scheduled home visits. The role involves ensuring timely and safe transportation while maintaining a professional and supportive environment for healthcare staff. Candidates must own a reliable vehicle, possess a valid UAE driving license, and demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE road safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation Duties:

• Provide reliable and timely transportation for nurses conducting home visits in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
• Assist nurses in loading and unloading medical supplies and equipment as needed.

Route Planning and Navigation:

• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time while ensuring punctual arrival for home visits.
• Stay updated on traffic conditions and road closures to avoid delays.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Ensure your vehicle is in excellent working condition and complies with all UAE traffic regulations.
• Regularly clean and maintain the vehicle to provide a comfortable and hygienic environment for the nurse.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all UAE driving laws and GluCare's internal policies regarding transportation and safety.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of passengers during transit.

Communication and Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the scheduling team to confirm daily routes and schedules.
• Communicate any delays, issues, or changes in plans promptly to the relevant team.

Professionalism and Confidentiality:

• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all interactions with nurses, patients, and families.
• Handle any patient-related information with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with GluCare policies.
