• Partnering with our recruitment consultants to find the best candidates for exciting roles.
• Searching, sourcing, and headhunting across various industries – think of yourself as a talent detective.
• Engaging with candidates, getting to know their career goals, and helping them land their next big opportunity.
• Writing up killer job specs, pitching roles, and making sure no great candidate slips through the cracks.
• Managing databases, keeping track of candidates, and making sure the hiring process runs smoothly.
