Are you a natural connector with a passion for matching the right people with the right opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? eMagine Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team in JLT, Dubai.

This role is perfect for someone who loves sourcing top talent, managing candidate relationships, and working closely with a high-performing Business Development (BD) team to deliver results. You’ll be at the heart of the recruitment process, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience while supporting the BD team in closing deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing CVs from multiple platforms and identifying top candidates for our clients.
  • Engaging with candidates—conducting interviews, assessing skills, and understanding career aspirations.
  • Presenting exciting opportunities to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Managing candidate relationships—keeping them informed, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
  • Collaborating with the BD team to understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent.
  • Staying ahead of hiring trends and keeping an active pipeline of candidates for key roles.

  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • A people-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple roles at once.

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

  • Experience in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database).
  • Ability to headhunt passive talent and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Expertise in technical recruiting—understanding niche skill sets in IT, digital, and emerging tech fields.
  • Strong grasp of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools for managing candidate data.

Candidate Engagement & Management:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage top talent.
  • Ability to assess candidate suitability beyond CVs through deep conversations and soft skills evaluation.
  • Proficiency in negotiating offers and closing candidates while ensuring a great experience.
  • Skilled in managing the full candidate journey, from sourcing to placement.

Business & Market Awareness:

  • Understanding of market trends in recruitment, especially in tech, AI, and data-driven industries.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking and compensation structures to provide insights to candidates and clients.
  • Ability to align hiring strategies with business goals to support BD efforts.

Soft Skills & AI-Proof Capabilities:

  • Emotional intelligence—ability to understand and respond to candidate needs and motivations.
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving—navigating hiring challenges with creative solutions.
  • Adaptability & learning agility—keeping up with evolving hiring technologies and AI advancements.
  • Communication & persuasion skills—conveying job opportunities compellingly to candidates.
  • Collaboration & teamwork—working effectively with the BD team and clients.

Process Efficiency & Tech-Savviness:

  • Proficiency in using AI-driven sourcing tools and recruitment automation.
  • Familiarity with interview automation platforms and candidate assessment tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills for tracking hiring metrics and improving sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to leverage social media & digital branding for talent attraction.
