● Follow-Up Champion: Provide continuous follow-up and feedback on lead statuses, understanding preferences, and maintaining an open channel of
communication.
● Closing Support Expert: Assist dealers in closing deals efficiently, guiding them through the payment process and ensuring their experience
is seamless.
● Delivery Coordination Ace: Work alongside dealers to coordinate until cars are successfully delivered, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the
forefront.
● Performance Tracker: Monitor and report on dealer performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for business growth.
● Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships by delivering top-notch support and service, becoming a trusted partner in

Your Roadmap to Success
● Minimum 1+ years of experience in dealer relationship management
● Bachelor’s degree
● Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
● Communication skills in English and Hindi (ability to communicate in Malayalam and/or Arabic is a plus).
● Exceptional follow-up and lead-closing skills.
● Comfortable working in a 6-day workweek and a 12-hour shift schedule.
● Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate immediately.
