In the absence of an existing data strategy, develop a data strategy with specific use cases that supports corporate strategy
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific data-related challenges, objectives, and requirements
Develop data & AI roadmap implementation plan, with a focus on data sharing and AI
Data operating model
Examine the current data operating model (e.g., functions, skills, processes, department interactions, etc.)
Design the future data & AI operating model, including detailed descriptions of functions, processes, governance structures and tooling enablers
Data platform
Analyse the current data architecture, including cloud infrastructure and the existing data platform (e.g., data sources, pipelines, storage methods, etc.)
Establish a vision for the future state of data architecture, with a focus on AI and data sharing enablement
Data science
Conduct interviews with business stakeholders to understand their use-case requirements and needs, with a special focus on AI and data sharing
Conduct a data maturity diagnostic to evaluate the current state of data quality using samples from various stages of the data lifecycle
Assess potential AI and data sharing use cases
Use Case Implementation
Enable current architecture for AI and data sharing use cases, and kick-off enablement works for AI use cases
Identify and launch specific initiatives for data quality improvement
Assist in managing the organizational change required to implement data-driven strategies and solutions successfully
Governance
Develop key data governance policies and processes and kick-off operationalization
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between data initiatives and business objectives

Desired Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in data consulting or related roles, with at least 3 years in senior / managerial positions.
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex data initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of business impact through the use of big data technologies, AI and machine learning (including most recent LLMs).
Familiarity with cloud technologies as well as data engineering tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Relationship-building with executive stakeholders.
