We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer to develop scalable, efficient data pipelines that power enterprise-grade Generative AI products and intelligent agents. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to process, structure, and optimize data to fuel our AI models, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights for enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do:
Data Infrastructure Development
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and fine-tuning AI models.
Optimize ETL/ELT processes for handling high-dimensional and unstructured datasets.
Data Integration & Management
Integrate enterprise data from APIs, cloud storage, and proprietary databases while ensuring security and compliance.
Manage large-scale data warehouses and data lakes to support AI training and analytics.
Collaboration
Work with data scientists and AI researchers to understand model development needs.
Align data solutions with business and product objectives.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor and optimize real-time data streams used by AI-driven applications.
Ensure data systems are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Data Quality & Compliance
Implement processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise AI ethics guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
✅ Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
✅ Strong SQL skills and experience with distributed data processing tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
✅ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.
✅ Experience working with unstructured data (text, images, videos, etc.).
Bonus Points If You Have:
➕ Experience with MLOps & AI lifecycle workflows.
➕ Familiarity with Generative AI technologies (Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
➕ Knowledge of enterprise data tools (Snowflake, Databricks).
➕ Understanding of NLP concepts and AI-driven data workflows.
