As Data & Process Analytics Controller, you will support all client implementation and onboarding processes for the assigned portfolio within dnata Travel Management, focusing on data accuracy, process integration, and management information reporting. You will drive overall performance by enhancing data reliability and accuracy, improving customer experience and prioritising initiatives based on customer value and complexity. You will also contribute to the customer acquisition strategy and client retention strategy, acting as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, CRM and Operations team, including identifying and resolving gaps in the customers' business programme including processes, systems and products. This is a full-time role and is based in our Dubai office.
