The successful candidate will be adept at collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and is confident working closely with clients across different industry sectors.</p><br/><br/>RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Shape enterprise-wide, transformational, AI/ML Data & Analytics solutions</li><li>Engage with our clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, design and effectively communicate how AI solutions can address them</li><li>Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools, frameworks, technologies, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and technical requirements</li><li>Develop and present client proposals with strong technology focus</li><li>Work with the local and wider global technical and business data practice to advise clients regarding their Data & Analytics strategy and implementations</li><li>Help clients get more out of their existing Data & Analytics projects, identifying the solutions and services based on client needs, constraints and strategies</li><li>Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model</li><li>Deliver clear and consistent communications within projects with relevant stakeholders</li><li>Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence/sell-in EPAM services</li></ul><br/>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>UAE national with family book</li><li>Good experience in Data & Analytics, specifically in building data and ML/AI platforms</li><li>Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders to secure funding or sell ML/AI projects</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical ML/AI solutions</li><li>Hands on implementation experience in at least one of the cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks</li><li>Experience in solution architecture on one of the cloud providers like Azure, AWS or GCP</li><li>Experience of working closely with delivery teams from a business outcome perspective and ability to draw up solutions to client problems</li><li>Ability to operate at the strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team</li><li>Good experience developing and growing client relationships</li></ul><br/>WE OFFER<ul><li>General pension and social security</li><li>Private healthcare and life insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Wellness program</li><li>Corporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewards</li><li>Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more</li><li>*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements</li></ul>
