Are you hungry to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment?If so, then EPAM is looking for an Emirati Data Analytics Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice.The positions require a Data & Analytics consulting background with the ability to assist clients in defining their overall technology strategy and delivery. The successful candidate will be adept at collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and is confident working closely with clients across different industry sectors.RESPONSIBILITIESShape enterprise-wide, transformational, AI/ML Data & Analytics solutionsEngage with our clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, design and effectively communicate how AI solutions can address themLead the evaluation and selection of AI tools, frameworks, technologies, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and technical requirementsDevelop and present client proposals with strong technology focusWork with the local and wider global technical and business data practice to advise clients regarding their Data & Analytics strategy and implementationsHelp clients get more out of their existing Data & Analytics projects, identifying the solutions and services based on client needs, constraints and strategiesWork closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery modelDeliver clear and consistent communications within projects with relevant stakeholdersDrive revenue within the client/account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence/sell-in EPAM servicesREQUIREMENTSUAE national with family bookGood experience in Data & Analytics, specifically in building data and ML/AI platformsDemonstrated experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders to secure funding or sell ML/AI projectsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical ML/AI solutionsHands on implementation experience in at least one of the cloud data platforms like Snowflake or DatabricksExperience in solution architecture on one of the cloud providers like Azure, AWS or GCPExperience of working closely with delivery teams from a business outcome perspective and ability to draw up solutions to client problemsAbility to operate at the strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your teamGood experience developing and growing client relationshipsWE OFFERGeneral pension and social securityPrivate healthcare and life insuranceEmployee assistance programWellness programCorporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
