Service Quality Data Management (KPI Management)
- Provide regular KPI data to relevant dept.
- Follow up on activities and action items to ensure KPI achievement
- Provide feedback on areas of improvement to relevant departments
- Data visualization skills and develop management tool (Power BI)
Defective Return Management
- Analyze defective return processes and collaborate with various depts. To ensure a flawless customer journey
- Proactively review and adjust process
- Regular compliance checks
Service Marketing (Support)
- Ability to devise and modify service promotion material
- Ability to continuously lead promotion activity in Middle-east and Africa region
Experience / Requirements
Experience (Relevant experience & duration)
- University degree preferably in business
- More than 4years’ experience in related Planning role
Requirements (Knowledge and skills)
- Expert to deal with tools like Excel, Powerpoint & Power BI
