Data Analyst / OSM360 Associate - Dubai Others
Responsibilities:
1. Manage OSM360 Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the OSM360 platform, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for all stakeholders.
2. Coordinate with Developers: Work closely with Power BI developers to implement dashboard updates, resolve issues, and optimize data visualization.
3. Stakeholder Management: Act as a single point of contact for regional stakeholders across multiple MEA countries, addressing their queries and ensuring platform usability.
4. Data Reporting: Assist in generating, refining, and distributing data reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
5. Training and Support: Provide basic training to stakeholders on using OSM360 and troubleshoot user issues with the platform.
6. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, reporting, or junior project management role.
3. Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, or any reporting tools is highly preferred.
4. Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
5. Basic knowledge of Power BI operations and data visualization tools.
6. Comfortable working with Excel and managing structured data.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills for managing multiple stakeholders across countries.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with data platforms or dashboards.
Familiarity with online retail or e-commerce.
