Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a government entity in the Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Data Analyst on a contract basis, with a preference for Arabic speakers, who will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to provide insights that support organizational objectives.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for effective data visualization.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting platforms.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through the analysis of large datasets.
- Support data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and organizational policies.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and data analytics strategies.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with strong expertise in Power BI.
- Proven ability to design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working on large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and Excel.
- Knowledge of data governance practices and standards for data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
