Damaged UPVC Rainwater 6" Pipe Rectification (19F to 21F) Shaft 1. Assess the leakage area and surrounding wall damage to determine the extent of the repair. Demolition of Shaft Wall:
2. Carefully demolish the shaft wall to gain access to the damaged UPVC rainwater pipe. Ensure minimal impact on surrounding areas. Pipe Removal & Replacement:
3. Remove the damaged UPVC pipe section and replace it with a new pipe of the same size and specifications. Wall Damage Repair:
4. Repair the wall damaged during the demolition and pipe removal, using appropriate materials (plaster, cement, etc.) to restore it to its original condition. Shaft Wall Reconstruction:
5. Rebuild or reinforce the demolished shaft wall, ensuring it is structurally sound and properly secured. Painting:
6. Apply a fresh coat of paint to the repaired wall and shaft wall to match the surrounding surfaces. Debris Removal & Cleaning:
7. Remove all demolition debris, old pipe sections, and construction waste from the site. Thoroughly clean the apartment, especially around the shaft area. Final Inspection:
8. Inspect all work to ensure it meets the required standards, confirming the leak is fixed and the area is clean and properly restored.

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
