Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Storyals, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they leverage our services effectively and find continued value in our offerings. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, developing and managing training plans and training programs, and handling customer inquiries. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
