A Customer Solutions Specialist (Draftsman) performs transactional, high-volume tasks and provides engineering drawings. This work is driven by quality and measured via service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review IFC, architectural, and structural drawings and implement updates in shop or tender drawings.
Assess inputs for shop drawing preparation, including project profiles, site surveys, order forms, CSP, title blocks, numbering systems, and drawing logs.
Prepare and localize 2D shop/tender drawings for elevators, escalators, travelators, autowalks, and third-party elevators.
Revise shop drawings based on customer feedback.
Create local material drawings, such as dividing beams, lifting hook beams, and site modification sketches.
Prepare finish drawings for cabin interiors, car operating panels, landing signalization, and architraves.
Develop builder’s layouts (advance drawings) to coordinate construction efforts.
Provide installation drawings to site teams after material orders are placed with supply lines.
Prepare as-built drawings and red-line marking drawings per customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with engineering policies, local codes, and EN standards.
Deliver high-quality outputs to stakeholders and balance workloads within the team based on business priorities.

Are you the one?
Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Elevator experience in Design & Drafting
Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
Excellent collaboration skills and capability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
Capability for analytical thinking and focus on details
Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competencies, and differences in working culture.
Strong technical understanding of elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
