Responsible for overall performance of Customer Services Department to ensure delivery of products and services which meet customers’ requirements and achieve business targets in accordance with the company’s corporate strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
Order processing with 100% accuracy for UAE & Export Markets with requisite documentation
Generate daily sales, stock reports and distribute them to all sales teams and managers
Process daily sales orders and returns in a timely manner while maintaining complete records of all transactions
Support for KSA team ensuring correct order booking and dispatch to “Platinum/Gold” Key accounts
Managing Internal Transfers in KSA between warehouses to ensure no OOS
Customer follow ups with SOA to reduce overdues to 8% of account receivable
Demand planning for ICEE, JCDC and JC portfolio & Plant co-ordination for Manufacturing ie internal and External 3rd party locations
RM PM planning and support to external 3rd party manufacturing Sites
Physical Verification of Stocks and other tasks related to inventory management
Implement all necessary processes and procedures for documentation to export shipping, based on L/C and/or other credit terms and ensure compliance checks of documents (LC & Shipping)
Provide all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/ministries/chamber of Commerce.
Responsible for all documentation required for acquiring certifications/lab test reports for required items and issue Certificate of Origin, Customs/ Insurance declaration.
Maintain regular contact with the logistics or shipping company or agents for scheduling timely export documents delivery. Tracking the status of the entire shipments document and preparing a report of the same.
Maintain effective process for filing all documentation and relevant email correspondences to ensure discrepant documents and discrepancy charges.
KPIs
On Time Delivery and management of Key customers ie OTIF & customer satisfaction
Ensuring timely manufacturing in alignment with Mfg sites
Effective utilization of ERP system
Monitoring of slow moving and nonmoving stocks
Work experience requirement
At least 5 years’ experience in a coordinator role with experience of engaging with customers and manufacturing sites. in the relevant Industry/Sector such as Manufacturing and FMCG.
Must be flexible and willing to work the days/hours that are needed to meet co-ordination with multiple customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders & manufacturing sites.
Proactive mindset with ability to resolve co-ordination issues and engage with a diverse set of stake holders
Qualification
Bachelors: Graduate any stream with experience in operations/customer service teams. BBA preferred
