Job Description:


Al Reef Developments is excited to announce that we are looking for skilled and dedicated UAE Nationals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their interactions with our company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our services and processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Interaction:


  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet clients and assist with general questions about Al Reef Developments’ services and properties.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

Issue Resolution:


  • Handle and resolve client complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring a prompt resolution.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been addressed satisfactorily.

Client Assistance:


  • Guide clients through the process of purchasing, leasing, or obtaining information about properties.
  • Assist clients in completing required forms and documentation.
  • Provide post-service support and follow-up to ensure continued client satisfaction.

Data Management:


  • Maintain accurate client records in our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and securely stored.
  • Track client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for reporting purposes.

Communication:


  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve client inquiries or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide clear explanations of processes, policies, and next steps.
  • Keep clients informed of new services, offers, and updates that may be relevant to their needs.

Feedback and Improvement:


  • Collect and report client feedback to help improve service delivery and client experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new processes and services.

Compliance:


  • Ensure that all interactions and procedures comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle data securely.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and databases.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and client-focused attitude.
